Janine started to take Hatha Yoga classes in 2009 because she wanted to relax and regain some flexibility. After a few months of classes, she found herself adjusting her posture at the office chair, breathing deeply during telephone conversations and starteted to strech in bed before her alarm clock started. Yoga had made its way into her life. She started to travel to India to deepen her skills and knowlege.
In 2014 Janine decided to deepen her skills in order to be able share the joy, health and pleasure she receives from Yoga every day and traveled once more to India to become a Yoga teacher. Now she does not only practice Yoga but shares it with pleasure.
